Jamie Lynn Baker was born December 17, 1982 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma to Linda and Charles Baker. She passed away April 28, 2003 in the OU Medical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 20 years 4 months and 11 days.
Jamie loved to listen to her music and watch videos. She enjoyed going with her parents and care givers to shop and always want to be on the "go".
She graduated from Sweetwater High School in 2001.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Charlie Baker; maternal grandfather, Waiblur Haas; and her brother, Chad Baker.

Services were held Thursday, May 1, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Rose Chapel, officiated by Lance May and assisted by J. M. Ashley with her Care Givers giving the eulogy.
Burial was held at Dempsey Cemetery, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
Survivors include her parents, Charles and Linda Baker; her maternal grandmother, Beatrice Haas of Sayre, Oklahoma; her paternal grandmother, Ina Baker of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
