Donna Sue Jones Chastain, 32, was born in Jeffersonville, Indiana on July 8, 1954 and passed away Monday night, March 23, 1987 at her home in Cheyenne.
Donna lived with her parents in Oklahoma City, Cheyenne and the Dallas area before her marriage, June 9, 1979 to Mark Russell Chastain in Healdton, Oklahoma.
In 1980, they moved to Cheyenne to make their home.
She was employed by Dr. Steven Shrader as a receptionist.
Preceding her in death were her paternal grandparents and two grandfathers.
Survivors include her husband Mark of the home; her parents, Bill and Sue Jones; one brother, Scott Jones; one sister, Wendy Westdyke and her husband, Willie and their daughter, Christen; her maternal grandmother, Lorene Webb, all of Cheyenne; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Johnny and Reba Chastain of Chickasha, Oklahoma; two brothers-in-law, John R. Chastain of Dallas, Texas; Kevin Chastain, his wife Sarah of Kingfisher, Oklahoma and their sons, John Lee and Michael; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 26, 1987 at 2:00 p.m. in the First Baptist Church of Cheyenne with Ronnie Chadwick officiating.
Interment was in the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service of Cheyenne.
Pallbearers were Dwayne Roark, Loren Damron, Ed Wesner, Adam Cavazos and Tom Green.
