Donna Sue Boyett passed away in Elk City on June 16, 2026 at the age of 72. She was born in Sayre, Oklahoma on September 13, 1953 to JT and Verdean Boyett and raised in Cheyenne, OK alongside one brother, Billy, and two sisters, Treva and Sherry.


After Donna graduated from Cheyenne High School she joined the Army, serving in Germany as a Communications Specialist. It was during this time that she met Russ McCraw. The two were married April 2, 1980 and had three children, Shanna, Joshua, and Jonathan.

In her free time Donna enjoyed drawing and lending a helping hand to those in need.


She was preceded in death by her parents, JT and Verdean Earl and sisters, Treva Hughes and Sherry Boyett.


Left to cherish her memory on Earth are her children, Shanna Bigknife and her husband Adam, Joshua McCraw, and Jonathan McCraw; grandson, Elijah Bigknife; brother, Billy Boyett and his wife Sherry; nieces Christy Batchelor and Becky Newman; and many extended relatives and friends.
