Lillie Pearl Armstrong was born May 6, 1939 in Rattan, Oklahoma to Elmer Lee and Cora (Stowe) Colley. She passed from this life February 10, 2013 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 73. 

Lillie lived in the Rattan area most of her life. She worked as a cook at Rattan School for 10 years. She attended church at Spencerville, Oklahoma, and enjoyed her church family. Lillie loved to listen to gospel music and especially enjoyed listening to her great granddaughters sing. She enjoyed cooking, camping, fishing, shopping, visiting with friends, and her greatest joy was taking care of her great grandchildren. 

Lillie was preceded in death by her husband: Bobby Armstrong; daughter: Peggy Armstrong; son: Rickie Gene Armstrong; granddaughter: April Dawn Armstrong; parents: Cora & Elmer Colley; sister: Lou Armstrong; and brother: Ronnie Colley. 

She is survived by two daughters: Gail Hudson & husband Jimmy of Rattan, and Jackie Woodruff & husband William of Rattan; 9 grandchildren: Shannon Hudson, Shawn Hurlburt, James Hudson of Rattan, Justin Scott and Tanner Woodruss of Rattan, George Armstrong of Fort Worth, Texas, Kyle Armstrong of Spencerville, & Tina Armstrong of Rattan. Lillie was blessed with 15 great-grandchildren: Jordan, Kaylie, Kasey, Briar, Charlie Jo, Gracie, Easton, Tricity, Carlie, Zoey, Patrick, Arora, Amanda, Samantha and Stormy. 
She is also survived by brothers: Robert Colley of Broken Bow, Oklahoma and Roy Colley of Rattan; sisters: Mary Johnson of Moore, Oklahoma, Joyce Chappell of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Stella Rowell of Noble, Oklahoma, Trelma Joslin of Rattan, Darlene Rogers of Texas, and sister-in-law: Jimmie Jo Gross of Antlers; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as many other relatives and friends. 

Funeral Services: 2:00 PM ~ Tuesday, February 12, 2013 ~ Spencerville Community Church
