Benjamin Arce, Jr of Dallas, Texas Passed from this life
September 15, 2015 at the age of 73.
Ben was born August 29th, 1942 in Dallas, Texas to Benjamin Arce,
Sr and Anita (Garcia) Arce. He worked at Landscape Systems of
Texas for 28 years, he loved being outdoors, having backyard
BBQ's and spending time with family and friends and he loved
coming to Oklahoma to look for Bigfoot, he never saw him but
knows he heard him once. Ben was also a die hard Dallas cowboys
fan.
Ben is preceded in death by his parents, brother; Daniel Arce
and two sisters Rosemary Arce and Linda Arce.
He leaves behind a loving family that includes his wife
Shirleyan of the home, sons: Silas Leon Arce of the home,
Benjamin III & wife Angie Arce of San Antonio Texas, Arthur &
wife Delia Arce of Dallas, Steve & wife Marisol Arce of Dallas,
Raymond Arce of Dallas and Eddie & wife Romelia Arce of Dallas,
daughter: Raquel Arce of Dallas, 19 grandchildren and 11
great-grandchildren as well as his brothers and sisters; Joe
Arce, Diane Arce, Elizabeth Arce, Silvia Arce and Anita Garcia
all of Dallas and their families.
Pallbearers for the service will include: Silas Arce, Benjamin
Arce, III, Steve Arce, Eddie Arce, Tony Greenwood and Troy
Myers.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, September 19, 2015 at the
Old Cedar Church. Interment will follow at the Walker Family
Cemetery under the direction of Burkhart Funeral Service of
Antlers.
