Funeral services for Charles “Charlie” William Suggs will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. at Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel with Brother Larry Minchey officiating and burial following in the Hall Cemetery in Antlers, OK.
 
Charles passed away Saturday, November 13, 2010, in Hugo, Oklahoma, at the age of 66. Charles “Charlie” William Suggs was born November 10, 1944, in Paris, Texas, the son of James and Helen (McCreary) Suggs. He married Judy Kay Cartwright on January 20, 1962, in Mexico. He owned and operated East Texas Frame and Alignment in Longview, TX for 22 years repairing trucks and trailers. They moved to the Hugo area 12 years ago; he attended the Soper Cowboy Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Suggs; uncle, Lewis Suggs.

Charles is survived by his wife, Judy Kay Suggs of the home; two sons, Shane Suggs of Hugo, OK, Wayne Suggs of Tyler, TX; one daughter, Cindy Valero and husband Simon of Aquilla, TX; mother, Helen Chambers of West Texas, TX; four brothers, Jim Suggs and wife Beverly of California, David Suggs of West Texas, TX, Don Suggs and wife Sharlene of Boyd, TX, James "Bubba" Suggs; two sisters, Barbara Henexson and husband Randy of Bellmead, TX, Tammy Blade and husband Jamie of Italy, TX; six grandchildren, Chad Velero, Jody Valero, Kyle Valero, Laken Suggs, Kylie Suggs, Abby Suggs; three great-grandchildren, Abby Valero, Nicholas Valero, Ayden Valero.

The family will receive friends Monday, November 15, 2010, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel in Hugo, OK.
