Kevin Billy was born April 4, 1964, in Talinina, Oklahoma, to Edwin and Nadine (Samuel) Billy. He passed from this life April 16, 2014, in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, at the age of 50.
Kevin had lived in this area for the past 43 years. He was a 1982 graduate of Rattan high School where he was an all state pitcher and centerfielder. Kevin later graduated from Murray State College and majored in electronics. Kevin also attended Oklahoma Christian College in Edmond on a baseball scholarship. He was a member of the Goodwater United Methodist Church in Sobol, Oklahoma and loved fishing, playing baseball in his younger days, taking care of his animals and spending time with his daughter, Teona.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father: Edwin Billy; aunt and uncles: Delores Taylor, David Junior Billy and Solomon Billy.
He is survived by his mother: Nadine
Billy of Ft. Towson, Oklahoma; daughter: Teona Billy of Canadian,
Oklahoma; brother: Don Billy of Sobol, Oklahoma; sister: Debra
Wesley and husband Nelson of Rufe, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews:
Tony Wesley, Derek Wesley, Crystal Beller and Sheldon Wesley; great
nieces and nephews: Kalin Beller, Kaira Beller, Nathaniel Wesley,
Ethan Wesley, Peyton Wesley and Lucas Wesley; as well as many other
relatives and friends.
Family wiil recieve friends Sunday, April 20, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to
6:00 p.m. at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home in Hugo,
OK.
