Loyd Byrum, 65 passed peacefully at his home January 28, 2018 with his loving wife, Robin, by his side.

Loyd was born September 3, 1952 to O.D. Byrum and Bonnie (Norman) Byrum in Odessa, Texas.

He married Robin Gale Holiman July 12, 1973 in Antlers, Oklahoma. Together they had one son, Wesley Byrum. Loyd worked for McCraw Oil and Propane for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, watching westerns and taking care of his cattle.

Loyd was preceded in death by his son: Wesley Byrum; his parents: O.D. and Bonnie Byrum; one brother: Odis Byrum.

He is survived by his wife Robin Gale Holiman Byrum of the home; one sister: Brenda Bloodworth of Messer, Oklahoma; along with several nieces and nephews and numerous friends.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday January 31, 2018 at the Finley Cemetery in Finley, Oklahoma. Pallbearers will include Joe Young, Bob Carter, Morris Calder, Waylon Hudson, Boyd Carter and James Young.

Services are entrusted with Serenity Funeral Service in Antlers, Oklahoma.
