Stephen Watson Billy, Jr., 67, passed from this life on Monday, March 21, 2016 at his residence in Finley. He was born on December 25, 1948 in Talihina, Oklahoma to Stephen Watson Billy, Sr. and Rebecca (Tohnikah) Billy.

Stephen was a Sergeant for the United States Marine Corps during Vietnam. He was a member of the Old Cedar United Methodist Church and above all Stephen loved the time and attention he gave to his grandbabies, playing and coaching softball, drinking coffee with his buddies, and attending concerts with the Choctaw Seniors. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen Watson Billy, Sr. and Rebecca Billy and his spouse, Lou Rena (Williams) Billy and six brothers; Winston, Wayne, Titus, Nathaniel, Daniel and Joseph.

Stephen is survived by his son, Steven Wayne Billy and wife Rosa Lee of Finley, Oklahoma; son, Mark Webster Orin Billy of Bloomington, Indiana; grandchildren, Tylar Christian Billy of Las Vegas, Nevada, Titus Wayne Billy of Finley, Oklahoma, Gabrielle Vionne Billy of Finley, Oklahoma, and Christian Chase Billy of Finley, Oklahoma; sister, Marietta Billy of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; sister, Christina Billy of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; sister, Michelle Bailey and husband Shawn of Valliant, Oklahoma; Mercedes Watson and husband Waylon of Talihina, Oklahoma; sister, Stephanie Young of Idabel, Oklahoma; sister, Candace Bennett and husband Willie of Idabel, Oklahoma; brother, James Billy of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; brother, Thomas Billy of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; brother, Jeremiah Billy of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews, Eric Billy, Kimberly Lewis, Alan Lewis, Jared Morris, Kelsey Morris, Leland Billy, Leah Billy, Ryder Causey, Daniel Causey, Ruger Lewis, Josiah Colbert, Jeridan Colbert, Patrick Young, Jr., Stephen Young, Cambria Bennett, Taevian Bennett, Nathen Billy, Cynthia Billy, Toni Billy, Anthony McKinney, Clay Billy, Thomas Billy, Jr., Matthew Billy, Heather Ramsey, Mariah Billy; as well as numerous other relatives and a host a friends. 

Pallbearers include: Titus Billy, James Billy, Jeremiah Billy, Terry Dean Miller, Mike Berry, Clay Billy, Christian Billy, Mark W. O. Billy and Steven W. Billy. Honorary Pallbearers include: Jimmy Smith, C. T. Hurd, John Kenneth Williams and Maurice Baker.

Family Night will be held 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2016 at Burkhart Funeral Service of Antlers.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Burkhart Funeral Service of Antlers with Lester Tims and Delton Billy officiating.

Interment will follow at Finley Cemetery under the direction of Burkhart Funeral Service of Antlers.
