Billy Jewel Wagner was born November 2, 1934 in Dela, Oklahoma to Manson and Evelyn (Almond) Wagner. He passed from this life October 6, 2010 in Antlers, Oklahoma, at the age of 75.

Billy married Marcella Kimberlin on May 30, 1956 at Ethel Baptist Church and together they raised four children. Billy was a soil scientist for the USDA & a faithful member of the First Baptist Church where he served as a deacon for many years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing but most of all enjoyed spending time with his family, church family, & friends.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents: Manson & Evelyn Wagner; and a son: Billy Eric Wagner.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years: Marcella of the home; children: Marcia Pitman of Homer, Louisiana, Lana Wagner of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Leah Kyrk of Saginaw, Texas, & Eva Willingham of Searcy, Arkansas; grandchildren: Kimberly & James Pitman, Nathan & Daniel Willingham, Liana, Cody, Devin & Trent Kyrk, and Tate & William Wagner; as well as many other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: 2:30 PM ~ Friday, October 8, 2010 ~ Antlers First Baptist Church
