Pauline "Polly" (Dickerson) Allen

She was born
February 7, 1920 in Douglasville, Texas to Hardy & Azzie Dickerson.
She had been a resident of Antlers for many years. Polly worked as a
checker at Pruett’s for 30 years, loved music and dancing.
She is survived by one son: Prentice Lynn Allen and wife, Christy,
of Antlers; brothers: Hardy Dickerson, Jr. & wife, Jimmie Dickerson
of Antlers and Kenneth Dickerson of Sobol; sisters: Ima Jean Dunn of
Tehachapi, California and Verna Mae Fleming & husband, Cecil of
Rattan; grandchildren: Terry Morgan of Dallas Texas, Debbie Mills of
Antlers, Ellen DeAngelo of Sunland, California and Dennis Allen of
Paris, Texas; many great grandchildren; along with other relatives
and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by husband:
Campbell Allen; daughter: Barbara Jean Brown; brothers: Roy
Dickerson, Tom Dickerson & Luther Dickerson “Nig”; sisters: Ruth
McClure, Annie Joplin & Lillie Joplin.
