Peggy Diane Hamilton, 65, of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed away Friday, November 29, 2019 in Shawnee.
She was born May 4, 1954 to Louis and Delores (Dickson) Hamilton in Liberal, Kansas.
Peggy grew up in Enid and graduated high school from Enid State School. She lived in Duncan, Tecumseh and Shawnee.
She worked for Halliburton.
Peggy was a member of St. Louis First Baptist Church. She loved to be on the go, birthday parties, going on walks and caring for her pets and dogs.
She was preceded in death her father, Louis Hamilton; and sister, Gwen Hamilton.
Survivors include her mother, Delores DeShazo of Tecumseh, OK; 2 sisters and 2 brothers-in-law, Connie and Gary Mock of Asher, OK and Barbara and Bill Siler of Macomb, OK; 1 brother and 1 sister-in-law, Doug and Debbie Hamilton of Lexington, OK; 5 nieces, Laketa Ille, Erin Russell, Lynnlye Schaefer, Christina Stucker and Jennifer Hamilton; 3 nephews, Craig Mock, Chad Mock and Matthew Hamilton; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and other extended family and friends.
Visitation will be 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 3, 2019 and continue through service time. Service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 4, 209 at St. Louis First Baptist Church with Brandon Leslie officiating. Burial will follow at Wanette Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
