Ruth E. (Swanson) Winters was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on December 23, 1926 to Svante N. and Laura Elizabeth (Naylor) Swanson. Ruth departed this world to be with her family in Heaven on March 2, 2018.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Estle Winters, sisters Laura Booze and Emma Bozenski, and step son Robert Winters, nephew Gerald Booze, great-grandchildren Erik Johnson, Heaven and Seamus Philips.
