Almeda Lee, 73, of Pink, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at her home.
She was born August 23, 1949 to Paul and Anna (Airington) Elcyzyn in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Almeda was raised in Plainview, Texas, later moving to Oklahoma, and has recently resided in the Pink community.
She obtained her Physical Therapy Assistant Degree at OCCC where she maintained a 4.0 grade point.
Almeda was married to Charles Ray Lee.
She worked for the U.S. Postal Service in Oklahoma City and as a Physical Therapy Assistant for a short time.
Almeda was a proud member of the Choctaw Nation. She was an avid O.U. fan, and loved her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Donald Elcyzyn.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Ray Lee of the home; 4 sons and 2 daughters-in-law, Chris and Sharon Stites of Choctaw, OK, Charles Lee of Shawnee, OK, Allen and Brenda Lee of Moore, OK and Tony Lee and fiancé Sue Lehman of CA; 2 daughters, Rebecca Brawdy of Moore, OK and Vivian Lee of Moore, OK; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Donna Olsen of Durant, OK; and other extended family and friends.
Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 20, 2023 and continue through service time. Service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Clint Dawkins, Sharon Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Tecumseh Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
