Mary Francis Frost, 74, of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed from this life Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in Shawnee.
She was born December 16, 1943 to Frank and Mary (Wood) Young in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
Mary was raised in St. Louis, Oklahoma and lived most of her adult life in Tecumseh.
She married Jack “Frosty” Frost on June 29, 1978 in Little Rock, Arkansas and he preceded her in death on March 8, 2012.
Mary worked as home health care provider for Gerling Heath Care for many years.
She enjoyed playing Bingo as the casino and love her family; especially her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mary Young; and son, Robert Howell.
Mary is survived by 1 son, Tracy and Bernice Young of Shawnee, OK; 3 daughters, Teresa Howell of Shawnee, OK, Diane Howell of Shawnee, OK and LaDonna Howell of Tecumseh, OK; 2 step-daughters, Stacie Welch of Irving, TX and Vanessa McElroy of Irving, TX; 1 step-son, Brian Frost of Amarillo, TX; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Earlene McGowan and Ina Rogers; and other extended family and friends.
Visitation will be 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 14, 2018 and continue through service time. Service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 15, 2018 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend John Hazelton, Country Faith Church of the Nazarene, Meeker, OK. Burial will follow at Tecumseh Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
