Johnny Lee Clark, 68, resident of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2018 in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
He was born April 24, 1950 to Edward Leroy Clark and Ada Jane Stevens in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Johnny grew up in Clinton attending elementary school moving to Shawnee, Tulsa and back to Shawnee. He graduated from Shawnee High School.
Johnny married Linda Campbell on July 25, 1969 in Shawnee, Oklahoma.Johnny served his Country as a Marine for 2 tours of duty. His occupation was a Machinist in the oil fields and then with Barton Valve that later became known as Wood Group.
He enjoyed old cars, knife making and truly loved being “Papa” while talking with and playing with the grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ada Melton; father, Bill Melton; sister, Dora Squires.
Johnny is survived by his wife, Linda of the home; daughter, Nancie Clark of Shawnee; 2 sons and a daughter-in law, Jonathan Clark of Shawnee and Chris and Lacy Clark of Shawnee; 6 grandchildren, Nikita Caylor, Kristin Caylor, Laci Clark, Micheala Bias, Jacob Clark and Jennifer Clark; 10 great-grandchildren; and many friends and extended family.
Visitation and Graveside Funeral Services have been cancelled. Cremation arrangements by Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh. There will be no viewing.
