Marcus “Mark” Dale Cole, 55, passed away on November 12, 2018, in Oklahoma City.
Mark was born on December 18, 1962, to Rena Bray Cole and Dave Cole. He was raised in Tecumseh, Oklahoma where he graduated high school in 1981.
After high school Mark went to work for Central Plastics in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Mark worked there until his retirement. In his second career, Mark worked on computers for several different companies.
In no particular order, Mark enjoyed hunting, working on cars, racing cars, Dwight Yoakam, The Eagles, Crown Royal, Marlboro Lights, women, and having fun with his friends and nephews.
Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Rena Bray Cole; and by his father, Dave Cole.
He is survived by his brother, Bill Melton and wife Rozana of Davis, Oklahoma; nephews, Mike Melton and wife Bettye Ann, Matt Melton, Billy Melton, Mitch Melton and wife Sara, and Mark Melton and wife Jennie, all of Davis, Oklahoma; nieces, Lisa Garrison and husband Jim of Sulphur, Oklahoma, and Robin McElhaney and husband Rick of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; as well as many great nieces, great nephews and friends.
Mark’s family will hold a private memorial service where he will be laid to rest near his mother at Romulus Cemetery, in Romulus Oklahoma. In honor of Mark, the family asks that you take someone hunting, listen to good music, mix a drink and have some fun.
