Gary Don Jordan was born on November 6, 1960 to Jerry and Lis (Haug) Jordan in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He attended Shawnee High School and graduated in 1979. He worked at Exxon Mobile (Jindal) for 42 years.
He loved the outdoors. He spent his spare time, fishing hunting, and working on cars.
He is proceeded in death by his father, Jerry Jordan, many aunts and cousins, both sets of grandparents, Dewey and Jewel Jordan and Carl and Vida Haug.
He is survived by his mother, Lois Jordan; sister, Lisa (Jeff) Wright; daughters, Jennifer (Chris) Edwards, and Kim Jordan; two grandchildren, Malachai Tramble and Mackenzie Edwards; two nephews, Ethan and Austin Wright, and many lifelong friends that are like family.
A visitation for Gary will be held Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home, 44909 Highway 3, Shawnee, OK 74801. A funeral service will occur Friday, October 20, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Resthaven Funeral Home.
