Frank L. Webb

Frank L. Webb was born Easter Sunday, April 16, 1922 in Meeker, Oklahoma to Jack & Martha (Bingham) Webb and passed from this life August 5, 2009 in Shawnee, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 87 years. Born & raised in Meeker, he was a 1940 graduate of Meeker High School.

He raised his family in Del City. During WWII Frank served in the US Navy and Air Corp, retiring in 1963 as Chief Master Sergeant. Upon retirement from the USAF in 1972, he moved to Tecumseh and has lived here since. He worked at Tinker AFB until his retirement.

He was married to Daisy Lowe, and she preceded him in death. He then married Wanda Johnson, and they had been married 43 years.

In July 1950 he became a member of the Masonic Lodge #69 AF & AM, and became a Master Mason in September 1950, as well as a member of the OES Chapter 30 where he was Past Master Worthy Patron 7 times. He was also a member of the India Shriners since 1970, having been a clown since 1972. He formed the Trico Clowns in 1980.

Frank was preceded in death by his first wife, Daisy Lowe Webb; his parents; 3 brothers: Ted, Ralph & Jack Webb; 3 sisters: Twyla Kinnett, Nina Lowe & Joan Risher; and 1 infant grandson: Owen Lesperance.

SURVIVORS INCLUDE: His Wife: Wanda Webb of the home 3 Sons & 2 Daughters-in-Law: David & Janice Webb of Atlanta, Georgia; Ken & Kay Webb of Shawnee; and Rick Lesperance of Midwest City. 2 Granddaughters & their husbands: Kellie & Matt Stanley, and Anna & Ryan Clark 2 Grandsons: Patrick Lesperance and Benjamin Lesperance 5 Great-Granddaughters 1 Brother: Bernard Webb of Meeker 1 Sister: Edna Sears of Las Vegas And a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
