JERRY LYNN VanCUREN
1953 - 1997
Jerry Lynn VanCuren died Wednesday in Shawnee at the age of 44.He was born February 21, 1953, in Oklahoma City, to Albert G. and Geri Gunter VanCuren.He was a mechanic, and was a resident of Shawnee for the last year and a half. Prior to that he lived in Prague.Survivors include his mother, Geri VanCuren of Prague; two daughters, Misty Lynn VanCuren of Norman and Crystal VanCuren of Prague; one son, Jeremy VanCuren of Prague; one brother, Terry VanCuren of Prague; one aunt, Jean Smith of Modesto, California; close friend, Kimberly McInturff of the home; and other relatives and friends including, Tiffany Wilson, Jamie Pawpa, Tommy and Cleva McInturff and T. K. McInturff.He was preceded in death by his father.Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Prague with the Rev. Randall Miller officiating.Burial will be at the Garden Grove Cemetery.Published September 25, 1997.
