1962 - 2015
Pamela Kay Horner Penner died Friday, November 13, 2015 at the age of 53 years, 8 months and 3 days.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 19, 2015 at the Wanette Cemetery with Curtis Compton officiating. Services are under the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.
Pam was born March 10, 1962 in Dumas, Texas to Robert and Helen Thompson Horner.
She was raised in the Wanette area, graduating from Wanette schools in 1980.
On June 6, 1980, Pam married Rick Penner in Wanette.
She was a people person and worked as a waitress for many years. She loved spending time with her children, her grandbaby, taking care of the family farm, and watching basketball.
Pam is preceded in death by her father, Robert Horner; brother, Ernie Horner and her nephew, Terry Horner, Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Rick Penner; mother, Helen Horner; son, Bryan Penner; daughter, Brittany Penner and husband, Ben Partain; grandchild, Brylee Partain; siblings, Robert Horner, Terry Horner, Tim Horner, Billy Horner and Helen Landers and husband, Randy; father-in-law, Johnny Penner; mother-in-law, Peggy Joslin and husband, Bill; sisters-in-law, Marsha Herell and husband, Danny and Lisa Barton and husband, Tim; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
