BETTY PARKER
1937 - 2006
Macomb resident Betty Tracy Parker passed away Wednesday, August 9, in Shawnee at the age of 68.She was born October 5, 1937, in Norman to Roy and Mae Bennett Tracy.Although born and raised in Oklahoma City, she has lived in Macomb for twenty seven years.On November 22, 1981, she married Ozie Parker in Tecumseh. He preceded her in death on December 14, 2005.Betty was a homemaker and enjoyed raising chickens, word find puzzles and watching "the judges" TV shows.She also was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Sandy McBride; two sisters and two brothers.Survivors include three daughters, Fran Bowen of Oklahoma City; Melenda McBride and Amanda Parker, both of Macomb; three sons, Randy McBride of Asher; Moge Parker and Brad Parker, both of Macomb; one stepdaughter, Debbie Ferrall of Ada; two stepsons, Dan Parker of Pink and James Parker of Macomb; fourteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Linda Merrell and Lillie Flud, both of Oklahoma City.Service will be 10:00 a.m. today at Cooper Funeral Chapel, Tecumseh, with Darrell Witten officiating.Burial will follow at Romulus Cemetery.
