Vickie Denise Phipps McKinzie died Wednesday at her home in McLoud. She was 45.She was born August 2, 1954, in Chandler. She was the daughter of Curtis and Jeannie Thary Phipps.She married Brent McKinzie on August 24, 1994, in Ardmore.She was a homemaker and attended the Living Water Tabernacle Church in Meeker.She was preceded in death by one daughter.Survivors include her husband, Brent McKinzie of the home; two daughters, Heather Carpenter, McLoud; and Tiffany Carpenter, McLoud; parents, Curtis and Jeannie Phipps, Davenport; two brothers, Curtis Phipps, Chandler; and Tom Phipps, Chandler; four sisters, Rita Brashears, Stroud; Judy Brown, Davenport; Betty Childress, Shawnee; and Sonja Ward, Okemah; and other relatives and many friends.Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. today at Living Waters Tabernacle Church in Meeker with Pastor Donna Morton and Elder Johnny Miller officiating.Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Shawnee under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Chandler.
