ZOLA MAE HAND
1926 - 2002


Zola Mae Chambers Hand, 75, of Shawnee died Wednesday at her home.
She was born October 28, 1926, in Holbrook, Nebraska to John J. Chambers and Nettie C. Corder Chambers.
She was married to Fred Harvey.
After his death, she married Frank "Bud" Hand Jr.
She was a homemaker and a member of Wallace Avenue Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; two daughters; one infant and Linda Lou Harvey; and two sons, Chester Leroy Harvey and Donald Wayne Harvey.
Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Tom Edie of Bethel Acres, Grace and John Mathes of Shawnee and Judy and Art Winslow of Shawnee; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Donald and Jerrie Chambers of Denver, Colorado and Ben Chambers of Shasta, California; one sister-in-law, Frances Simmons of Hugoton, Kansas; ten grandchildren, twenty two great granchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
Services will be 3:00 p.m. today at Gaskill-Owens Funeral Chapel with the Rev. DuWayne Colvin officiating.
Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
