SHAWNEE, Okla. — Shawnee resident Harley H. Cresap, 74, died Friday, October 31, 2008, at home surrounded by his family.He was born on October 9, 1934, in Shawnee to James A. and Sepha Harper Cresap.He married Rose Ellen Johnson of Prague in 1955.He worked as a Computer Systems Analyst at University of Oklahoma.He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Comer Lee Cresap, Lloyd Cresap; sisters, Dorothy and Jewell Bradley.Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Rose Cresap, of the home; daughters, GayLynn Hembree and husband Mark of Norman; Bonnie Bell and husband Robert of Jenks; grandchildren, Todd Davis of Oklahoma City; Casey Davis of Oklahoma City; Miranda Leister of Tecumseh; and Cody Leister of Shawnee; great-grandchildren, Braiden and Allison Leister of Norman; brothers and sisters, Jimmy and Vinita Cresap of Shawnee; Marlin Ray and Sandra Cresap of Shawnee; Laurie Votaw and W. L. of Casper, Wyoming; and sister-in-law, Joan Cresap of Amarillo, Texas.Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday with Bill Matthews and Phil Thompson officiating.Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.
