EULA MAE CRAWFORD
1919 - 2004


Shawnee resident Eula Mae Vanhoose Crawford, 84, died Wednesday, December 1, at a local nursing home.
She was born December 12, 1919, in Jacksboro, Texas, to J. A. Vanhoose and Ida Womack-Vanhoose.
She married Ira Thomas Crawford on August 16, 1941, then they resided in Shawnee.
She worked as a housekeeper at Shawnee Medical Center and had had been a member of Liberty Baptist Church for more than 50 years.
Preceding her in death were her husband, parents, two sisters and a brother.
Surviving are son, Harold Gene Crawford of Daytona, Florida; brother, John Wade Vanhoose; and sister, Lydie Joiner of Overton, Texas.
Service will be 3:30 p.m. Monday, December 6, at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Matthews and the Rev. Phil Thompson officiating.
Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.
