CHAD BETTELYOUN
1973 - 2007
Former Seminole resident Chad Bettelyoun, currently of Hollywood, Florida, died Monday, January 1, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.He was born March 9, 1973, in Lynnwood, California to Lester and Donna Whiteley Bettelyoun.Chad was a 1991 graduate of Seminole High School and he was a member of Ogalala Sioux of South Dakota.Preceding him in death were his grandfather, Woodrow Whiteley and grandparents, Isac and Sofia Bettelyoun.Survivors include his parents, Lester and Donna Bettelyoun of Shawnee; grandmother, Dennie Whiteley of Shawnee; brothers, L. J. and Wally Bettelyoun of Seminole; Isac Bettelyoun of Florida; Charles and John Bettelyoun of Shawnee; sisters, Sofia Fowler of Shawnee; and Sonia Rich of Norman; nieces and nephews, Cheyanne and Durango Bettelyoun of Norman; Stormy, Gavin and Nigel Bettelyoun of Seminole ;and Ayden and Wally Bettelyoun of Seminole.Service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Sam Henry officiating.Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.Memorials may be made to the Immanuel Baptist Church Building Fund.
