MARK WAYNE ROBINSON
1969 - 2004


Mark Wayne Robinson was born in Oklahoma City on May 25, 1969.
He left this life August 9, 2004.
Mark was 35 years, 2 months and 14 days old.
He attended and graduated Choctaw High School, in Choctaw, Oklahoma. Mark was on the high school soccer team and was applauded by the whole school for his final game of the season for being instrumental in the victory. After high school he joined the US Navy and was assigned to the USS Carl Vinson out of Alameda, California. Mark served 4 years and was on the Admirals staff upon leaving the service.
He returned to the Oklahoma City area and was employed at Dayton Tire Company where he had been promoted to a supervisor position.
He married and had a child, Aspen LeeAnn. He later divorced and eventually left Dayton Tire to work with his brother Wade in Washington State in the cable industry.
In 2001, Mark was diagnosed with cancer and had treatment. When Mark regained his strength, he went to work at Fowler Honda in Norman, Oklahoma. He truly enjoyed his time with everyone at Fowler and was proud to be associated with that group.
Mark leaves behind to carry on for him his daughter Aspen of Oklahoma City; his parents Albert and Janet Wayne Robinson of Blanchard; brother and sister-in-law Wade and Donnice Robinson of Newcastle; nieces Shelby of Newcastle; and Brittney of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; Grandmother Bonnie Robinson of Oklahoma City; Uncle Tom Shaw of Enid, Oklahoma; cousins Gene Deck of Lone Grove; Leon Deck of Oklahoma City; and Bonita Hilburn of Oklahoma City. Mark also left an extended family including Matt, Trenda and Keagan Purcell; Scott and Joni Aquino; Carl and Cindy Tipton; Bill and Melissa Nicewonder; and Ray Greenlee and Chris Carlough.
Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 13, 2004 in the Eisenhour Chapel in Blanchard, Oklahoma.
Interment was in the McLoud Cemetery, McLoud, Oklahoma. Arrangements were made by Eisenhour Funeral Home, Blanchard.
