William Elmer “Bill” Joslin, age 80 of Lexington, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2016, at the Oklahoma Veterans Center in Sulphur. Bill was born October 14, 1936 in the Snow Community in Southeastern Oklahoma. Bill was raised in the Joslin Valley. He was 4th of 10 children born to Wallace Elmer “Wade” Joslin and Mary May (Lewis) Joslin. He joined the United States Air Force and served his country proudly. Bill married Mable Carr and to this union, 5 children were born. They made their home in the Little Axe area. Bill was an entrepreneur, and owned and operated Drillers Engine for many years. He later worked for McClain Propane for several years, and lastly as a hot shot for 5 Star Rig & Supply, a company owned by his son. Bill later married Peggy (Donaho) Penner, and two families became one. When not working, Bill enjoyed working outside. He was a jack of all trades, and there was not anything that Bill could not build, repair, or just make himself. He was a wonderful and fun loving, husband and father, grandfather, brother, uncle and a true friend. He will be dearly missed!

He was preceded in death by: His, 1st wife, Mable Joslin; His parents, Wade and Mary Joslin; 2 sisters, Doroth Joslin and Elverta Joslin and 3 brothers, Benny Ray, Robert and W.E. Joslin.

Bill leaves behind: His wife, Peggy Joslin of the home; Children, Joy Fuller and husband Greg of Mustang, Kelvin Joslin and wife Donna of Moore, Jimmy Joslin and wife Kathy of OKC, Mike Marshall and wife Kay of OKC and Billy Ray Joslin and wife Judy of OKC; His sister, Eva Joslin of Norman; 3 brothers, Bobby Wayne “Bob” Joslin of Snow, James “Lee” Joslin of Snow and Wallace “Dirt” Joslin of OKC; 3 step children, Lisa Barton and husband Tim of Lexington, Marsha Herell and husband Danny of Lexington and Ricky Penner of Lexington; 21 grandchildren and step grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren and step great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren; Several Nieces and nephews, and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at the Wilson-Little Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Mars Hill Cemetery at 1:00 P.M. Arrangements by Wilson-Little Funeral Home of Purcell. Send online condolences @ wilsonlittle.com.
