March 3, 1953 ~ June 11, 2022

"All people are good, but better are none, than are the seniors of '71!"

Gone but never forgotten

Lorrie Arms, of Norman, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at the age of 69. Lorrie was born on March 3, 1953 in Enid, Oklahoma to Larry and Phyllis (Hicks) Henrichs. She was blessed to meet and marry the love of her life, Dennis Arms. They were married December 18, 1981 and were blessed to raise three wonderful children together. The highlight of Lorrie’s life was always her family. She loved to go camping and fishing with her kids and grandkids, and enjoyed family cookouts. She enjoyed watching whatever sporting event her kids were watching on television, as long as she was spending time with them. Her one personal indulgence was the casino. Lorrie adored her husband Dennis and the life they built together. They were married until his passing in November of 2017 and we all know they are happy to be joined together again in Heaven.

Lorrie was preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Phyllis (Hicks) Henrichs; husband of 35 years (1 month shy of 36 years), Dennis Arms; and sister, Valerie Arms.

Lorrie is survived by her son, Adam Arms with his wife Jennifer and their children, Caleb and Cody; son Brandon Arms with his fiancé Brandi and their children, Peyton and Woodrow; and son Colton Arms with his wife Kyah and their children, Aria, Chance, Maylee, and Liam and their grandchild, Ensley; sister, Sherry Henrichs; along with several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Services will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 10am at Little Axe Baptist Church with interment to follow at Hopewell Cemetery – Bethel Acres.
