Juanita Raye Hughes Cox, 83, was born December 15, 1931, in Lindsay, OK to Ray Hughes and Belva (Cooper) Hughes.

She passed away on February 1, 2015, at her home in Midwest City, OK. Juanita married the love of her life, William R. "Pent" Cox on January 7, 1950, in Midwest City, OK. She loved painting, quilting, fishing, and spending time with her family.

Juanita is survived by her husband; children; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; her two sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, James Hughes. Services will be performed at McLoud Church of Christ Wednesday, February 4, 2015, at 2 p.m. with burial to follow at the Dale Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Hospice Quality Care for the wonderful care of our Mom during her final days with us.
