Shirley Claudette Beaver, 77, of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, passed from this life Thursday, December 5, 2024.
She was born July 18, 1947 in Purcell, Oklahoma to Reuben Claude and Geneva (Hancock) Taylor.
Shirley married Gerry Beaver on February 5, 1992 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.
Shirley worked as a Registered Nurse and was the director of nursing at Sunset Estates Nursing Home in Tecumseh for over 20 years.
She was preceded in death by; her parents; and her grandson, Louie Kieffer.
Those left to cherish her memories are husband, Gerry Beaver of Tecumseh; son, J.R. Hehnly and wife Kathy of Oklahoma City; daughter, Angela Rogers and husband Reagan of Wewoka; daughter, Cherish Franklin and husband Steven of Stillwater; grandchildren, Jimi Stanley and wife Tysha of Michigan and Spencer Zantos and wife Dana of Switzerland; great- grandchild Willa Stanley of Michigan; sister, Janell Trammell of Bethel Acres; brothers, Mike Taylor and wife Deborah of Bethel Acres and Jim Taylor and wife Carol of Bethany; and many other extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 9, 2024 at Cooper Funeral Home and continue through service time. Service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
