Ronnie Dale Beaver

Ronnie Beaver, a proud union electrician and longtime Tecumseh resident passed November 19, 2022 at the age of 86.

Ronnie is survived by his wife Bernice Beaver. Children; Rodney and wife Paula Beaver, Cythia Tunnell and Lori Heffley. Grandchildren; James and wife Mandy Beaver, Justin and wife Shannon Beaver, Andrew and wife Destiny Heffley, Timothy Tunnell, Austin and wife Summer Heffley (Folks) and Catherine Beaver. Great Grandchildren; Jocelyn Beaver, Lydia Beaver, Lola Heffley, Quinn Beaver, Brantley Cordell Heffley and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.

Ronnie was born August 13, 1936 in Pampa, TX to Ona Mae Hicks and Fred Eli Beaver. Ronnie Served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. After his military service Ronnie joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, where he retired after a combined time of 68 years of service. He was a dedicated member of St. Benedict's Catholic Church as well as being a Knight of Columbus 4th degree. Ronnie served as Commander of the American Legion Shawnee Post 16. On May 19, 1962, he married his beloved wife Bernice Junk and had three wonderful children followed by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Ronnie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. His true love and passion was his family. He loved being surrounded by his great grandchildren. Ronnie was an incredibly hard worker and worked tirelessly to provide for his family's every need. He enjoyed being outdoors, working with his hands and tending to his yard.

A graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 25th at Calvary Cemetery, Paul Koehler Dr., Shawnee, OK 74804 with Father Joseph P. Schwarz, St. Benedict's Catholic Church officiating under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh. Flowers and Condolences can be sent to 38805 New Hope Rd. Tecumseh, OK 74873.
