Herbert Junior Smith

Herbert J. "Sonny" Smith, Jr, 72, of McLoud, passed away on June 16, 2014 in Midwest City. Born to Herbert W. and Bertha M. (Weitzel) Smith on July 14, 1941 in St. Louis, MO.

Sonny is survived by his wife of 53 years, Arletta; children, Cheryl (Ted) Hillis, Lettie Smith, Rhonda (Buster) Burge, Herbert W. (Kellie) Smith II and Bertha (Kevin) Ball; 1 brother, 2 sisters and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 2 PM, Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Pecan Valley Baptist Church, Newalla with interment to follow at Black Cemetery, Pink, OK.
