Sadly, her husband Delbert passed in 1994. Geneva had 4 brothers and 1 sister all of whom have passed on. Geneva married Delbert Wier October 21, 1953. She is survived by her only child Boyd Wier and his wife Teresa, as well as their 2 children Boyd Jr. (wife Crissy) and Jennifer Wier. Additionally, many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. As well as many extended family members.

Geneva owned home cooking restaurants. For many years she ran the lunch counter at Bryan’s Corner Drug, later named McCortney's. After that she and Delbert moved to Allen, OK opening a restaurant called the Big Biscuit. She moved back to Ada after Delbert's death. Geneva then ran the luncheon counter at the Courthouse prior to her retirement. As a restauranteur Geneva was famous for her homemade pies!

She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church. As a member she actively attended Fellowship Class.

Earlier in life she enjoyed dancing and fishing. Later Geneva liked going to The Senior Center for lunch and to visit. Yes, she took pies! She also took her little dog Sissy to Jan Francis Care Center to visit while she played bingo with residents and staff. Geneva deeply loved her family, friends and pets.
