Services for Tom Kennith Hooser, 90, of Paris, Texas, formerly of Ada, Oklahoma are 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 14, 2022 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Dean Stone will officiate. Burial will follow at Swan Hill Cemetery.
Tom passed away Paris, Texas on April 11, 2022.
He was born on August 14, 1931 in Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma to Claude Vernon Hooser and Ina Ollie Brandon Hooser.
On September 24, 1950 he married Elizabeth Ann Vineyard. Tom was the owner and operator of Hooser’s Paint Store in Ada, OK until his retirement. He was an avid wood worker and jack of all trades.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Hooser; his parents; and all of his brothers and sisters.
He is survived by two son, Tom Hooser, Jr. and wife Pamela Ponder Hooser of Paris, TX and John Chris Hooser and wife Janet Martin Hooser of Mansfield, TX; a wealth of grandchildren, Linda Lee Hooser Milligan and husband Jason Milligan, Grand Prairie, TX, Joseph Dewayne Hooser, Wanette, OK, Elizabeth Ann Hooser Sipe and husband Chad Sipe, Paris, TX, Sarah Michelle Hooser, Paris, TX, Mason Daniel Hooser, Mansfield, TX and Mya Hooser, Mansfield, TX; many great and great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephew.
Bearers will be Jason Milligan, Chad Sipe, Mason Hooser, Dalton Milligan, Matthew Hooser, Josh Buchanan, Ryan Gridley, Dylan Gridley, Joseph "Fred" Hooser and Jeffrey Cole.
