Services for Rose Nell Bain, 102, of Ada are 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Swan Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Bain died Friday, July 2, 2021 at a local hospital. She was born in Sulphur Springs, TX to Thomas Henry and Jencie Pearl Williford Thompson. She graduated from Sulphur Springs High School.

She married Aubrey Bain on October 4, 1941 in Sulphur Springs, TX. He preceded her in death. Rose is lovingly remembered by her family for how she deeply cherished her children and grandchildren and for her ever present quick wit and ability to see the humor in life that always kept everyone laughing and filled with joy whenever they were in her presence.

Survivors include a son, Aubrey Bain, Jr. and wife Jaci of Plano, TX; a daughter, Lafton Walbrick and husband Hank, Ada; five grandchildren, Steve Bain, Tulsa, Stacy Junk and husband Bill, and Cindy Becker, all of Edmond, T.K. Fuller and husband Phillip and Bo Walbrick, all of Ada; six great-grandchildren, Jordan Junk and wife Nicole, Houston, TX, Madison Webb and husband Kevin, Dallas, TX, Aubrey Rose Junk and Anna Grace Junk, both of Edmond, Kale Fuller and Kolten Fuller, both of Ada; one great great-grandchild, Leo James Webb, Dallas, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; daughter, Patricia Ward; two brothers; and two sisters.

The family says donations can be made to Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Ada Baptist Village or charity of choice.

The family would also like to thank the Ada Baptist Village, Mercy Hospital in Ada and Kindful Hospice for their care.
