Dora Lee Alexander Panther, 73, of Ada, passed away on December 23, 2016 in Ada. A Wake service will be 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Criswell Funeral Home. A Celebration of her life will be held at Criswell Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2016 with Pastor Daniel Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Steedman Cemetery east of Ada.

Dora Lee Panther was born in Ada to Austin Alexander and Selina Walker Stick on May 8, 1943. She went to school at Allen. She married Roy Panther in Locust Grove. She worked as a Sears Automotive Consultant for 25 years.

Dora is preceded in death by her parents, Austin Alexander and Selina Walker-Stick; her maternal grandmother, Vicy Walker; her brothers, Russell Sticks, Raymond Stick, Billy Joe Stick; her sisters, Nancy Johnson and Oleta Nelson-Stick; her niece, Emmaline Johnson; and great-nephew, Mason James Hollow Horn.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Panther; son, Floyd Lee Kilcrease, wife Josie; grandchildren, Thomas Kilcrease, Michael Kilcrease, Sabrina Kilcrease, Daniel Kilcrease, Rebecca Kilcrease and Keany Kilcrease; step-children, Roy Panther, Jr. and John Panther; brother-in-law, C. J. Panther; sister-in-law, Martha Sticks; 8 great-grandchildren; nieces, Laura Worrall, Rachel Withafeather-Hollow Horn, Nancy Johnson, Mary Johnson and Karen Johnson; nephews, James Nelson, Rusty Sticks, Darrell Johnson, Ed Johnson and many friends.

Bearers will be David Burris, Hoyt Burris, Melvin Burris, Russel Sticks, Tim Harjo and Josh Key.

The family of Dora Lee “Hope” Alexander Panther wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Daniel Johnson, David Burris, Hoyt Burris, Melvin Burris, Russel Sticks, Tim Harjo and Josh Key as along everyone who has helped with the funeral, food and Criswell Funeral Home.
