Services for Shirley Ann Whiten, 70, of Colleyville, TX are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel; Mr. Stacey Bauman will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mrs. Whiten passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at her home. She was born April 11, 1954 in Ada, OK to J.R. and Marjo Hudson Goodwin.

Mrs. Whiten was caring, compassionate, and a generous philanthropist. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Miller and son-in-law, Mark Miller of Ardmore, OK; one sister, Ali Revell of Colleyville, TX; Vicki and Tracy Godwin of Ada; grandchildren, Katelyn Miller, Allison Hoffman and husband, Kevon, Tabatha Roberts and husband, Wesley, Kelli Brown, and Jacob Godwin and wife, Caity; four great grandchildren, Carson Brown, Cara Godwin, Noah Godwin, and McCoy Roberts; and her beloved pet, Maddie.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Wayne Doc Whiten.

Bearers are Jake Godwin, Todd Dilbeck, Wendell Godwin, Wesley Roberts, Kevon Hoffman, and Shane Johnson. Honorary bearers are Mark Miller, Tracy Godwin, and Carson Brown.
