Services for Virginia Allene Miller, 76, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Life Community Church-330 Building at 330 E. 14th, Ada. Brother Colby Bryant, a great-nephew will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Criswell Funeral Home.
Mrs. Miller passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 at Seminole, Oklahoma. She was born August 9, 1944 at Ada to Herbert Ray and Thelma May McGuffee Henderson. She graduated from Vanoss High School in 1962.
She married David Miller May 13, 1962 at Ada. He preceded her in death March 17, 2000. Mrs. Miller retired after 16 years of service at Valley View Regional Hospital in the cafeteria and sterile processing. Previously she was a bookkeeper for her husband.
Survivors include two daughters, Becky Shinault and husband Charles, Ada and Janice Shinault and husband Timmy, Tulare, CA; a son, David Ray Miller, Seminole; six grandchildren, Daniel Shinault, Edward Shinault, Timmy Shinault, Aaron Shinault, Derek Shinault and Crystal Shinault; seven great-grandchildren, Addielynn, Emersynn, Makaelynn and Kyler Shinault; Grayson Orr; Kynnedi and Kamryn Shinault; three brothers, Charles Henderson, Stonewall, Jearl Henderson, Winger, MN and Steven Henderson, Winger, MN; and a sister, Betty Bendickson, Edgement, SD.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and three brothers, Larry, Marion and Kenneth Henderson.
Bearers will be Daniel Shinault, Edward Shinault, Timmy Shinault, Aaron Shinault, Derek Shinault and Salomon Slay. Honorary bearers will be Kyler Shinault, Grayson Orr and Kamryn Shinault.
