Services for John Edward “Dobie” Johnson, 37, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 2, 2024 at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel; Pastor Mike Calhoun will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. The family will receive friends and family on Thursday from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Mr. Johnson passed away Thursday, July 25, 2024 at his home. He was born December 4, 1986 in Ada to Lonnie Dale and Pamela Lee Jones Johnson. He worked in landscaping for the Chickasaw Nation.

Survivors include his mother, Pamela Johnson of Ada; two daughters, Salara Johnson and Callie Cloud of the home; ex-wife, Tiffany Johnson of Ada; two sisters, Billie Johnson and Lonna Johnson both of Ada; nephews, Ethan Johnson and Alston Andrews; niece, Erionna Andrews; great nephew, Elyas Johnson; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father and paternal grandmother, Minnie King.

Bearers are Dustin Bain, Jeremy Burris, Jeremy Richardson, Ethan Johnson, Adam Johnson, and Jared Johnson. Honorary bearers are Mark Ernst, Michael Ernst, Andre Sirrea, Brian Johnson, and Rob Alvarado.
