Services for Shirley Allene Hunt, 83, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Scott Miller will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mrs. Hunt died Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at a local assisted living center. She was born October 20, 1937 in Washington, OK to Albert and Eva Allen Norton.

She married Samuel Roy Hunt March 27, 1982 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Hunt retire, after 23 years, as Supervisor of Radiology at Valley View Hospital.

Survivors include two daughters, Sharon Jackson and husband Allen, Dallas, TX and Ganelle Myers, Ada; a son, Kent Wilson and wife Sandra, Ada; brother, Phillip Norton, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 9 great great-grandchildren; step-children, Debbie and John Allen, Ronnie and Vickie Hunt, Cheryl Meek and Rhonda and Jon Tully; multiple step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and other loving relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Sam; two daughters, Dianne Vandemeer and Shawn Wilson; sisters, Sue, Ruth and Betty; brothers, Tim, Albert, Dickie, Kenneth and Jimmy.

Bearers will be Charles Johnson, Steven Lemons, Ronnie Hunt, John Allen, Dustin Hunt and Jon Tully.
