Services for Lillian Naomi Gutierrez, 67, of Ada are 1:00 p.m. Friday at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Father Adrian Vorderlandwehr O.S. B. will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mrs. Gutierrez died Monday, May 18, 2015 at an Ardmore hospital. She was born July 12, 1947 in Wynnewood to David Glenmore and Naomi Edith Norvell Chandler. She attended Wynnewood grade school and graduated from Latta High School. She graduated from East Central University.

She married George “Corky” Gutierrez October 17, 1970. Mrs. Gutierrez taught school in New Mexico and later was the owner and operator of Lillian’s Bridal Shop in Ada for 42 years. She attended Sacred Heart and St. Joseph Catholic Churches.

Survivors include her husband, George “Corky” Gutierrez, of the home; two daughters, Kari Gutierrez of Stillwater and Kassie Gutierrez Hirakawa and husband Yasu of Japan; a son, Kris Gutierrez and wife Yuka of Japan; three grandchildren, Koki Gutierrez, Lilly Gutierrez and Eugene Hirakawa; and two brothers, Royce Chandler and wife Sandra and Terry Chandler and wife Sheila, all of Ada.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Bearers will be Brandon Chandler, Fred Long, Rance Walker, Royce Walker, Wayne Willoughby and Toby Willoughby. Honorary bearer will be Colton Gould.
