Services for Robert “Bob” Lester Davis, 91, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 2, 2021 at Trinity Baptist Church, Dr. Rusty Fuller, Revs. David Gray and Don Sayre will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery with the Chickasaw Honor Guard conducting military honors. The family will receive friends and relatives from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Davis died Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at a Shawnee hospital. He was born in Independence, KS to Lester Owen and Nora LaVerne Willison Davis.

He married Agnes Akehurst. Mr. Davis served in the U. S. Navy from 1948 to 1952, serving during the Korean Conflict aboard the U. S. S. Juneau. He later retired as an extruder supervisor with Solo Cup Co.

Survivors include his wife, Agnes, of the home; son, Steve Davis; daughter, Kelly McGreedy; step-sons, Rick Hall, Brent Hall and Robert Akehurst; step-daughters, Elaine Hall, Sheila Wyatt and Barbara Wood; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Norma; brother, Bill Davis; grandson, Robert Hall; and nephew, Doug Davis.

Bearers will be Jared Hall, Rick Hall, Russ Hall, Brent Hall, Jeff McAlister and Nolan Hall. Honorary bearers will be the Senior Adult Men.
