Services for Clyde Lee Casady, 84, of Ada, are 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Morris Memorial Baptist Church, Rev. John Henry Lippard and Matt Cooley will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Casady died Friday, April 24, 2015 at a Shawnee hospital. He was born March 7, 1931 in San Francisco, California to Austell and Inez Teel Casady. He and his family moved to this area when he was a child. He attended Union Hill, Center and Latta grade schools and graduated from Latta High School.

He married Barbara Ann Robbins on May 16, 1949. She preceded him in death on April 28, 2014. Mr. Casady was the owner and operator of Casady Dairy for many years. He was a longtime member of Morris Memorial Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Pam Kite and husband Don of Ada; son, Mike Casady and wife Joy of Ada; five grandchildren, Angie Pettigrew and husband Wayne, Holly Williams and husband Joe, Chrishan Cooley and husband Matt, Melisha Sutton and husband Josh and Chenae Lippard and husband John Henry, all of the Ada area; ten great-grandchildren; and a sister, Collene Walker of Ada.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

Bearers will be Wayne Pettigrew, Joe Williams, Matt Cooley, Josh Sutton, John Henry Lippard and Trevor Robbins. Honorary bearers will be Donald Price, Eldon Lee, Elmer Gerth, Garvin Glover, Ted Glover, Randy Walker and Don Walker.
