Graveside services for Billy Dee Campbell, 92, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2025, at Rosedale Cemetery; Rev. Earl Hood will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Campbell passed away Monday, May 5, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Ada. He was born April 14, 1933, in Ada to Samuel Dewitt and Judith Viola Abbott Campbell.

On April 15, 1955, he married Tommie Sue Lancaster in Ada. She preceded him in death December 25, 2007. Mr. Campbell proudly served in the United States Army and fought in the Korean War.

He is survived by his two sons, Joe Lancaster and wife Georgia of Latta and Shane Campbell of Ada; two daughters, Judith Annette Caton of Roff and Dena Beck and husband Terry of Stuart; one sister, Yolanda Collings of Krebs; nine grandchildren; and several great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.

Mr. Campbell was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, William P. Campbell and Preston Campbell; sister, Juanita Kessinger; and two daughters-in-laws, Kimberley Bateman Campbell and Christie Norvell Campbell.

Bearers are Dillon Beck, Brady Campbell, Ryan Caton, Chase Webb, Chance Webb, Everett Wilmith, and Jeff Williams.
