Services for Shirley Jean Burris, 74, of Ada are 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Mickey Keith will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mrs. Burris passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born April 30, 1943 in Ada to Christa Roy and Juanita May Lane Davis. She graduated from Ada High School and the University of Oklahoma.

She married Calvin Burris in 1991. Mrs. Burris was a Counselor for Big Five and also an auditor for the State of Oklahoma. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband, Calvin Burris, of the home; a son, Michael Sanders of Ada; a sister, Christine Lindsay of Midwest City; a brother, Edgar Davis of Oklahoma City; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Jimmy Sanders.

Bearers will be Robert Sweet, Brian Manuel, Aaron Wauahdooah, Michael Willis, Brad Hatton, Tony Lamoni and Jeff Shaw.
