Life is a beautiful journey filled with memories, laughter, and love. Ricky Dean Blansett embodied this spirit, leaving behind a legacy of joy, adventure, and family. His passing is a reminder of the importance of cherishing loved ones and the moments shared together.

Ricky was a devoted husband to his wife, Betty, with whom he shared 42 wonderful years. Their love story serves as an example of commitment and partnership. They faced life’s challenges together, supporting one another through ups and downs. This strong bond created a warm and loving home for their children, Megan and Logan. The couple’s dedication to family was evident, as they instilled values of kindness and togetherness in their children.

As a father, Ricky took great pride in his role. His daughter, Megan and husband Tim, and son, Logan and wife Amber, were always at the center of his world. The love he showed them was reflected in the way they embraced life. Ricky taught them the importance of connection with nature, often taking them hunting and fishing. These outdoor adventures became cherished memories that Megan and Logan will carry in their hearts forever.

Ricky's love extended beyond his immediate family. He was a proud grandfather to five grandchildren: Sophia, Lailah, Easton, Madeline, and Beau. Each child brought him joy and laughter. Ricky made it a point to create special moments with them, whether it was playing games or sharing stories around the campfire. These experiences helped to build strong bonds that will last a lifetime.

Ricky also enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. His favorite dog, Katie, was a constant companion on his adventures. Together, they explored the great outdoors and formed an inseparable duo. Ricky appreciated the beauty of nature, and his love for hunting and fishing reflected his passion for life. He cherished every moment spent in the fresh air, surrounded by the beauty of the world.

Sadly, Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Blansett and Billie Faye Blansett and brothers, Gary Blansett and David Nobles. Their absence was felt deeply, but their memories lived on through Ricky’s stories and laughter. Family was everything to Ricky, and he ensured that their spirit remained alive in the hearts of those who loved him.
