Services for Glen Dale Allen, 77, of Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Richard Bailey will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mr. Allen passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017 at his home. He was born September 3, 1939 at Wynnewood to I.J. and Elizabeth Williams Allen. He attended Glenwood grade school and graduated from Latta High School.

He married Sandra Farnham December 5, 1959 in Ada. Mr. Allen was employed with Brockway Glass Company in Ada until his retirement in 1992. He was a member of the Lovelady Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra, of the home; daughter, Vonda Allen; son, Clifford W. Allen and wife Patty; a granddaughter, Jennifer Brooks and husband Cody and their daughter, Orian; a grandson, Dustin Allen and wife Emily; two sisters, Shirley Gann and husband Bill, Gail Sleigh; two brothers, Rick Allen and wife Deletha and Mike Allen and wife Marla; a good friend, Kathy Hale; six nieces and four nephews; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, June Allen Walker.

Bearers will be Dennis Gann, Brian Walker, Dustin Allen, Donnie Walker, Cody Brooks and Kenny Sleigh. Honorary bearers will be Brandon Russell, Auston Rodgers and Willie Gann.
