Services for Cindy Gayle Allen, 55, of Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Gene Reeves will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

She died August 16, 2016, at her home. She was born October 1, 1960 in Visalia, CA to John and Harriett Sneed. She came to this area in January 1963 from Visalia, CA and graduated from Holdenville High School.

She married Roy Allen on August 15, 1994. Mrs. Allen was employed as a trucking company manager and dispatcher. She was also a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Roy of the home; one son, Travis Madron of Shawnee; two daughters, Jennifer Polacek and husband Jason of Rib Lake, WI and Megan Madron-Allen and Trevor Rose of Ada; one step-daughter, Michelle Lewis and husband Kevin of Ada; one step-son Mark Allen of Ada; her parents, John and Harriett Sneed of Wewoka; three brothers, Tommy Bair, Wesley and Jeff Sneed; nine grandchildren, Dalton, Baylee, Alexander, Jace, Cadence, John, Landin, Skylar and Grant and one great-grandson, Konner.

Bearers will be Tommy Bair, Travis Madron, Jason Polacek, Mark Allen, Kevin Lewis and Dalton Lewis.
